10 Creative Ways To Make Money From Your Blog. Are you a part time blogger or a full-time blogger and just can’t figure out how to make money with your blog? It’s so annoying and positive vibe killing because no matter how much you read blog posts or watch free and paid webinars, you’re not generating any sustainable income.
I totally feel your pain. See, I’m sort of experiencing that with one of my blogs. On one blog, I’m making cool money and on the other, I am hardly making anything. For the month of December, I sold over 53 tutorials. Hurray!
But, for busy or part-time bloggers? Not much at all. But, that’s okay. Do you know why? Because I know the smart ways to make money as a part-time or full-time blogger.
I used to create blogs out of passion and I can sit on it for a while examining my works and accepting positive criticisms until I I’m ready to do something about it. But for now, I’m having fun with any income that comes my way but my focus is on building my Facebook group and email list.
I know for a many of you though, your blog is your side job (side hustle) and you want to one day say goodbye to that 9am-5pm job and say hello to pro blogging for good. So, I’ve compiled this list of10 smart ways to make money as a blogger.
These are some of the smartest ways. These aren’t the quick scheme ways to make money from home type of pins you might see on Pinterest or the MLM business types you’d see on Facebook or on Instagram fake pages. The ways I’m going to mention are proven to work in 99.9% of cases.
But before I get into the core of this post, I’d like to tell you to grab some coffee or tea. This is quite a long post… Are You set? Let’s go!

Get Paid to Write a Guest Post
Probably the simplest way to get at least $50(NGN18000.00)per month is to guest post. Hands down!
If you love blogging (which I’m sure you do if you’re a serious blogger) and you know a little something’ something’ about making money, WordPress, marketing, decor, SEO, saving – just about anything – there is bound to be a blog to guest post for. You can make a quick search by entering “guest post followed by keywords”
And there are quite a few top blogs that will pay you to write for them.
If you really want to find blogs in a particular niche that pays for guest posts you can just Google it. For example, I randomly chose the dog/pet medicine niche to see if there are any guest post opportunities:
Yup!
So try it out and see what blogs you get from the search engines.

Create a Roundup with Affiliate Links
Did you shop during Cyber Monday and Black? No matter what time of the year it is, you can always create a roundup post and include your affiliate links in them.
The great thing about doing a roundup is that you can put a lot of your affiliate links in your blog post. If you do not want to come off as a spammy blogger, you can mix your links with products that you don’t have an affiliate link for (for the maximum result while giving your readers a smooth reader experience).
-
Create and Sell an eBook
Okay.
This is quite popular and yet less tapped into than some of the other ways to make money online, but it can be profitable. Many bloggers eventually want to make a product and an easy opportunity to do this is by the creation and selling of an eBook.
Additionally, the good thing about this avenue is that it gives room for future products based on your eBook. Bloggers are figuring out that they can first create an eBook, then a course and – for some – then a coaching program or mastermind
-
Create a Course
For a lot of bloggers (especially newbies), creating a course can seem like a big audacious goal, but it’s one of the best long-term smart strategies for making income from your blog.
Want to know the best part?
You don’t have to blog for years or build your credibility before you can create a course.
I created a freelance writing course for aspiring writers and bloggers a year ago and I was barely a year into freelance writing. But, that didn’t stop me. I know I had a proven guide that others can go by and make their first $50 just like me.
If you found success in one area, you can create a course out of it. For me, I have a good knowledge of growing a Facebook group easily.
From this topic, I can create a course to help other bloggers succeed.
-
Have a Monthly Subscription Program
There are only a few higher ways to make money online and one of them is to have a monthly subscription. Although it comes with a lot of creation and responsibility, it ensures passive income every month.
People who pay for your program usually expect the best information and resources available (you would expect nothing less too when you pay big bucks). Whether that’s podcasts, strategy, masterminds, webinars, or a network of others that can keep your buyers accountable, your monthly program must help your buyers in their progressive positive transformation.
-
Create Multiple Small Products
If writing a huge eBook or creating a big course seems a bit too much for you, another way to make money from your blog is to create multiple smaller products. These can be smaller eBooks, workbooks, or just other products you’ve created.
-
Place Your Affiliate Links in Guest Posts
Remember my #1 way to make money? You can place your affiliate links in your post if the blogger you’re going to guest post for allows it.
This is what I did for my guest post over at money with Mimi and I made some affiliate income when people use my affiliate link!
-
Sell Your Photos
If you have mad love for taking pictures, you can start selling your photos for bloggers! But, wait a minute! Aren’t there free places to get stock photos?
Yes, but for a lot of bloggers, they’d prefer something unique and for some, after a while, they may notice other bloggers using the same photos and want something entirely different.
That’s when they might start paying for stock photos and you can make cool money off these people… Think of how much money you can make from taking good pictures.
-
Offer Your Services
One of the best and maybe fastest ways to make passive income fast is to offer service e.g research projects. It shows your credibility and can help you grow your blog and brand.
If you’ve struggled with surveys or other ways to make a few dollars online well… you might want to consider writing for others and getting paid for it.
You’d be amazed that another quick way to make money blogging is to get other people to pay you to write blog posts for them.
-
Sell Your Products on Your Blog and on Marketplaces
Lastly, selling your products on your blog is another good way to make money online is to not only to sell your products on your blog but also sell them on a marketplace(Fiverr, freelancer etc.).
Two spots to sell the same products. This is a great way to grow your audience. Another marketplace I have seen a lot of bloggers use is Creative Market for their photos.
